Mechanical Engineering Branch (GTU Code-19)

Hello friends, today we get some information about Mechanical Branch, (GTU Code-19)

Mechanical Engineering is the discipline that applies engineering physics, engineering mathematics, and materials science principles to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. ... It is the branch of engineering that involves the design, production, and operation of machinery. Mechanical engineers design power-producing machines, such as electric generators, internal combustion engines, and steam and gas turbines, as well as power-using machines, such as refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. Mechanical engineers design other machines inside buildings, such as elevators and escalators. Mechanical guys have ability to deal with problems of all sectors. They have working knowledge of Mathematics, Structures, Computer Applications,Electricals,Electronics, Manufacturing, Management applications, Production, Social and Environmental factors as well as Economical aspects. Mechanical engineers are involved with the design, analysis, testing, manufacturing, control, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems. 2. Mechanical Engineering is Important, It deals with all aspects of the conversion of thermal energy into useful work and the machines that make this possible.
To put it simply, mechanical engineering deals with anything that moves, including the human body, a very complex machine. Mechanical engineers learn about materials, solid and fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, control, instrumentation, design, and manufacturing to understand mechanical systems.
Mechanical engineering overlaps with aerospace engineering, metallurgical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, and other engineering disciplines to varying amounts. Mechanical engineers may also work in the field of automobile engineering, biomedical engineering, specifically with biomechanics, transport phenomena, biomechatronics, bionanotechnology, and modeling of biological systems.
Mechanical engineering is not difficult compared to say electrical or chemical engineering. It's mainly classical physics, a bit of diffeq, some statistical mechanics, a dash of material science, a minor in business administration, and a few thousand hours of mindless study - typical engineering fare.
